  Extremely disappointed, we come here very often and drive 2 1/2 hours to visit. We brought friends to experience a tea house for the first time and my 2 and 4 years old boys.
  In the past they have been wonderful good food and good service.
  Today we waited 30 minutes just to order... 1 1/2 hours to get food... Then they forced us to pay $30 gratuity on bad service... Spending $200 you would think the manager would have had the deviancy to at least talk to us (I requested the manager, she looked at me then I talked to our server... ) Not once did the manger speak to me. Very disrespectful. They made excuse after excuse.
  And the scones were brown, overcooked and hard

  I have been there for the tea lunch at least 15 times. It is no longer a tea house but a shop. It is over priced and the same menu. The salad was less than stellar. I was embarrassed taking my friend there for the first time. My family and friends that have been there before were advised and will not return. It was a waste of $40. I had a lot of special memories and it's sad it is not the same. Don't waste you're time and $ in 3 cramped rooms. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will never go there again.
