  Nice place for date night. The best served with your meal is so, so good. Fish fries are great. Usually very busy. Take it available.

  Went for first time today. My daughter is lactose intolerant and our waitress was very knowledgeabe about the menu which helped alot. There was a huge selection. The food was delicious, came quickly, reasonably priced and very generous portions. The restaurant is really pretty - well decorated. The only small complaint is the menu could be a little easier to read - maybe a clearer font for the descriptions. I'll be coming back for sure!

  The prices have gone up & get less food on your plate than before. Left still feeling hungry. The food is very good tasting & staff is good.

  First time ever ordering from this place... we recently moved to NT. Not a great experience unfortunately even though I was told to give it a try by friends.
  
  Me and my fiance ordered a small cheese and pepperoni pizza, pretty simple right? Apparently not.
  I picked up the pizza and drove straight home, about a 10 minute drive.
  Just to get home and have a LARGE..cheese pizza.
  So I called them and I was transferred to the manager. He asked me what I wanted him to do. I said well I'd like MY pizza. They said they would cook me a new one within 10 minutes. So they asked me to drive back to go get the "new" pizza. Then I was hung up on.
  
  I got back there and returned the incorrect pizza and I stood there waiting for about 10 more minutes just for them to hand me the small cheese and pepperoni that was sitting there the entire time I stood there waiting for my "fresh pizza". And I was not offered a refund for the inconvenience. Just to open the new pizza in the car for it to not even be warm let alone hot.
  
  I really don't like to complain about things but this was just totally annoying and inconvenient. Next time I want to order pizza I will think twice about calling panes. Thank you.
  
  PS the guy at the counter that cashed me out both times was the only nice person I spoke to and he is also the only person that apologized and was able to admit they made a mistake. I myself work in customer service. The management at panes is not good at all. And I know this situation was not handled correctly.
